Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver at Barez, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and secure delivery of our products to our valued customers. You will be responsible for transporting goods while upholding safety standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations, following traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Load and unload items onto the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation of goods.
• Plan efficient delivery routes considering traffic, weather, and time constraints to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, logs, and any necessary paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, confirming the receipt of correct items and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle, report any issues, and ensure regular maintenance for optimal performance.
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing transportation and delivery.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle physical demands associated with loading and unloading goods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Additional Skills (if applicable):

• Commercial driver's license (CDL) for larger vehicles.
• Experience with specialized delivery vehicles or handling specific types of cargo.
